Care Team - Sales Support Medewerker B2C

Functie

Our client is located in the center of Brussels and very easy to reach by public transport. They have more than 50 years of experience in breakdown assistance on our Belgian roads and are also active in travel assistance abroad, medical assistance in Belgium.

As a Sales Support Associate B2C for the Care Team :

• Will respond quickly and efficiently to incoming requests (data updates, payments, refunds, questions, requests for information, etc.) regardless of the channel the customer uses ;
• Will proactively contact customers to build long-term relationships (satisfaction surveys, quality control, etc.) ;
• Will you handle incoming complaints through various sources, regardless of the channel ;
• Will manage up- and cross-selling activities to offer new services or services that better meet customer needs ;
• Where necessary provide support and backup to the "Save" or "Inside sales" teams;
• Be backup to the reception team.
• Provide answers to questions before people leave on trips -- informing them of what they are covered for

Jouw profiel

• You have a bachelor's degree and counting as well as a first equivalent work experience (preferably in customer service) ;
• You have a perfect knowledge of the 2 national languages: French and Dutch (spoken and written), knowledge of English is a plus;
• You are results-oriented and attach great importance to customer satisfaction;
• You are a team player, collaborative and proactive;
• You have an analytical mind and communicate well.
